We only work on legitimate and factory brand name watches. No after market or non branded manufactured watches (FAKES) of any kind. Specializing in vintage and pre-owned watches. Our service includes the following: Complete overhaul, complete disassemble of watch movement, case, bracelet and professionally clean all parts. Change of all gaskets, tube and crown. Polish and clean case and band. New mainspring, and the final step is to pressure test for waterproofing and we use a timegrapher to make certain that your timepiece is working to it’s potential. We only use genuine parts, also we have a one year warranty on all repairs, except for broken parts and rust. This listing is for an estimate for service and repair of one watch. The $25.00 fee is for the insured express mail returning the watch to you should you change your mind once receiving the quote. Should you agree with the repair quote, then the $25.00 will be considered as a down payment for the service and repair. Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks once we have the watch in our possession. The watch will be shipped after payment is complete. We accept PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp. Hourglass Watch Works does our best to source hard to find parts to complete your watches restoration, from case parts, crystals, bezels, straps and bracelets. We only service, repair and sell watches. The prices that follow is only an estimate. When we have your watch in for repair, we will give a firm estimate for repair. Newer watches, generally less than ten years old, that does not have a day or date mechanism, is not a chronograph, but only tells time, cleaning and oiling starts at $140.00. Watches older than ten years. cleaning and oiling starts at $210.00. If your watch is older than ten years old, we will assess the watch and let you know if anything else is needed. We will work with you as to how you want your watch serviced. Chronograph watches that are overhauled  (cleaned and oiled, and adjusted to top notch function) start at $330.00. Hourglass Watch Works also offers custom lume and polishing. All charges cover cleaning and oiling, and a one year warranty. All watches are shipped back insured and if you would ship yours to us insured as well.
